The Tendaro Terms of Service govern contract formation, scope of services, customer obligations, fees, liability, data protection and applicable law for use of the Tendaro platform. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Tendaro, subject to any mandatory consumer rules.
