From tender discovery to final review

Tendaro connects SIMAP publications, private RFQs, requirements, company knowledge, reviews and exports in one workspace. Eight specialised modules support the journey from tender discovery to final review. Decisions and approvals remain with the responsible team.

8 modules, one bid operating system

Tendaro brings the tender process into one platform. The 8 modules are tuned to one another so data, content and decisions flow from finding the tender through strategic analysis without a manual handoff. Tender Discovery is part of the product scope, so it does not require a separate alert subscription.

The 8 modules at a glance

Modular yet connected

Every module can be adopted on its own, but they are stronger together. Tender Discovery and Tender Intake provide pipeline visibility, Knowledge Matching supports the reuse of reviewed content, Submission Check supports systematic pre-submission review and Bid Pulse supports strategic steering.

What connects today, and what does not

Tendaro does not replace your existing toolchain. What works together today without extra effort:

What does not connect today: there are no ready-made connectors to CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, nor to SharePoint, Teams, Google Drive or mail inboxes. Those are planned, but we deliberately name no date while none is committed. In practice the CRM keeps managing accounts and pipeline, Tendaro runs the tender, and the handover happens through export and upload. If a specific connector decides your evaluation, we will clarify its current status on the first call.

Data residency by tier

The application database, uploaded documents and backups are held in Switzerland. Model inference uses named, contractually bound interfaces. The processing location and contractual boundaries are disclosed before contract.

With the separately available Swiss Inference option, the model environment and inference also run in Switzerland.

Customer content is not used to train third-party models; the exclusion is recorded contractually.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to roll out all modules at once?

No. Tendaro is modular. One possible sequence starts with Tender Intake and Bid Desk, then adds Knowledge Matching, Submission Check and Bid Pulse as needed. The onboarding plan records the sequence, scope and acceptance criteria.

Is there a Salesforce or HubSpot integration?

Not today. There are no ready-made CRM connectors. Those are planned, and we will name a date only once one is committed. What connects today: SIMAP, document upload in common formats and a structure-faithful Excel export. Sign-in options, roles and logging scope are confirmed for the selected tier. API availability, endpoints, authentication and limits are specified in the Enterprise proposal.

Can we keep tools like our document store or CRM?

Yes. Tendaro does not replace the surrounding stack. Your document store remains the source of truth for contracts, your CRM keeps managing accounts. Tendaro owns tender logic, knowledge mapping and submission.

How long is a typical rollout?

It depends on team size, number of tenants and the maturity of the existing knowledge library. We accompany the rollout personally.
