Tender Discovery is the Tendaro module for finding and scoring public tenders. It monitors publications on simap.ch several times a day, across all 26 Swiss cantons and the federal level, filters by CPV code, buyer type, region, procedure type and value range, and weights every publication against the company profile in the Knowledge Library. The fit score ships with its reasoning: which requirement, which piece of evidence, which source location. A daily digest replaces individual alerts, and reminders run for both the submission deadline and the clarification deadline. Unlike a pure alert subscription, the find flows straight into the work, with nobody carrying files between two tools.
Tender Discovery continuously monitors public publications on simap.ch, several times a day, across all 26 Swiss cantons and the federal level. Every new publication is weighted against your company profile from the Knowledge Library and receives a fit score. The score comes with its reasoning: which requirement, which reference, which source location. You see not just that something fits, but why.
The intake filters mirror the attributes Swiss public procurement actually distinguishes by, freely combinable and versionable per tenant:
Rather than every individual notification, you receive a daily digest of the relevant new publications, sorted by fit and with a recommendation. Notifications follow each person's own settings, and webhooks are available for your own systems. Teams that only want the critical cases receive only those.
For every tender Tendaro captures not only the submission deadline but also the deadline for questions to the awarding authority. A nightly sweep raises reminders for both, three days and one day out. The clarification deadline is the one most often missed, and once it passes the question stays unasked forever.
This is where a pure discovery service ends and the rest of Tendaro begins. Published documents are pulled into tenant-isolated storage, requirements along with eligibility and award criteria are extracted, and they are ready for Knowledge Matching, AI Drafting and Submission Check. There is no handover where somebody carries files from one tool to the next.
The largest lever in public procurement sits before the writing. You cannot win a tender you never saw, and one that does not fit you costs two weeks. Tender Discovery decides what your team works on. Every other module decides how well.
For SIMAP, yes. Monitoring across all 26 cantons, filters by CPV code, buyer type, region, procedure type and value range, a fit score with its reasoning and a daily digest are all included. The difference from a pure discovery service is that the find flows straight into the work rather than ending in an email.
Synchronisation runs several times a day. A SIMAP publication is typically visible in the Tendaro pipeline within a few hours, linked back to the original publication.
Tendaro weights every publication against the company profile in the Knowledge Library, meaning references, certificates, key people and previous bids. The score ships with its reasoning: which requirement, which piece of evidence, which source location. The decision still belongs to the bid team.
Yes. Private RFQs, buyer-portal invitations and self-uploaded folders run in the same workspace as public publications. Tender Discovery covers the public channel, Tender Intake covers the rest.
